Talent Forge Managing Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead founding design-partner relationships as a trusted advisor to CHROs and transformation leaders
• Execute go-to-market campaigns across top accounts to drive revenue
• Build and lead a team of commercial transformation consultants and platform engineers
• Harvest engagement patterns into reusable platform capabilities and templates
• Develop co-delivery models with SI partners like Deloitte
• Represent TalentForge to the CEO, board, and industry analysts

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte) or commercial leadership
• Proven track record of originating and growing eight-figure client portfolios
• Deep domain authority in workforce strategy, talent, and organizational transformation
• Ability to navigate both human capital and AI architecture conversations
• Experience leading elite teams of consultants and engineers
• Strong executive presence and category-thinking capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HR technology or talent intelligence platforms
• Experience working within regulated, governance-heavy environments (security, compliance, responsible AI)
