Talent Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Run large-cohort onboarding at scale
• Activate and manage distributed talent pools powering AI training and data ops
• Build and maintain high-trust enterprise client relationships
• Drive customer success outcomes across ongoing AI deployments
• Publish weekly performance and milestone reports
• Host community syncs and engagement rituals
• Partner with product and engineering to align talent ops with client needs
• Refine onboarding, QA, and retention systems using data

Requirements

• Elite written communication skills
• Proven experience in remote, distributed environments
• Deep ownership mindset
• Ability to lead 100+ contributors
• Comfortable with ambiguity and high velocity
• Data-fluent with experience in dashboards and KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Human Data, RLHF, or AI training pipelines
• Background working with enterprise AI or technical clients
• Experience building or scaling data ops or talent ops systems
• Familiarity with modern tooling including ATS, analytics, and automation

• Base salary range of $50,000 – $70,000 USD
