Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a rich, continuously refreshed pipeline of high-caliber engineering talent
• Own market mapping efforts by researching the competitive landscape and identifying target companies
• Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates
• Lead high-volume, high-quality candidate outreach and pitch the company mission
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to refine targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness

Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience building pipelines for engineering talent
• Deep expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, and talent mapping
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking response and conversion rates
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage large pipelines across multiple roles
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful approach to work
