Responsibilities

• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, professional communities, and niche networks to find specialists
• Leverage AI workflows and automation to scale sourcing channels
• Establish vetting pipelines to assess annotators based on project requirements
• Maintain relationships with experts to keep the roster engaged
• Partner with project and delivery leads to translate customer specs into candidate profiles

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator and other sourcing tools
• Fluency building AI workflows to scale operations
• Comfort owning funnel metrics such as outreach volume and conversion rates
• Strong written communication and professionalism
• Track record in fast-paced, target-driven environments
