Team Lead Care Partner

Responsibilities

• Own or co-own recurring performance reports including fill rate, time-to-fill, and SLA adherence
• Prepare agendas and co-facilitate team standups and program-specific working sessions
• Serve as a hands-on resource for onboarding and training newly hired team members on core systems
• Provide real-time coaching on search quality, caregiver outreach, and vetting decisions
• Contribute directly to fulfillment by supporting high-priority and escalated searches
• Act as a first-level resource for team questions and issue resolution
• Monitor queue health across contact-center and workforce-management systems
• Collect feedback on workflow barriers and contribute to process improvement

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ year of experience in staffing, recruiting coordination, scheduling, or workforce operations
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
• Experience guiding, training, or mentoring teammates
• Proficiency working across multiple operational systems such as CRM, ATS, or dialers
• Ability to analyze program data and summarize key takeaways
• Strong communication and documentation skills
