Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed requirements induction sessions with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs for the SwiftAssess product.
• Analyze requirements to ensure they are clear, concise, complete, consistent, and traceable.
• Document end-to-end business workflows and system functionality, including process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on client needs and business value.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
• Contribute to the design of SwiftAssess features to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Participate in validation and testing phases to ensure delivered functionality meets defined requirements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the SwiftAssess product architecture and stay updated on industry trends in assessment software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in the software industry.
• Proficiency in documenting business processes using Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams, UML Diagrams, and Wireframes.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with assessment software or within the education technology (EdTech) sector.
