Technical Content Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage interactive learning content for the Censys LMS
• Transform instructor-led training into engaging, self-paced eLearning experiences
• Design interactive capture-the-flag (CTF) learning exercises
• Create and publish product documentation and onboarding programs
• Produce video content covering new feature releases and real-world use cases
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure content accuracy

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or content development
• Demonstrated experience building content for an LMS or eLearning platform
• Strong ability to translate complex technical functionality into clear content
• Experience producing or coordinating video content
• Strong project management and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts like attack surface management or threat hunting
• Experience designing hands-on, scenario-based technical training (CTF)
• Experience with video editing and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia)
• Experience converting instructor-led training into digital content
