Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical interviews with pre-screened candidates to assess skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to build job pipelines and identify effective screening methods.
  • Participate in intake calls with clients to review job descriptions and understand key technical requirements.
  • Lead technical conversations with clients when required.
  • Develop interview questions and technical challenges to assess candidate expertise.
  • Research and develop appropriate assessments for specific technical roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related technical field from a reputable university.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical recruitment position.
  • 2+ years of experience as a software developer with solid knowledge in backend, frontend, database, and cloud technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of software development, technical roles, and technical skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical interviewing methods and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience using candidate tracking systems, preferably TeamTailor or Greenhouse.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of remote work experience in a multinational company.
  • 2+ years of experience in an outsourcing or out-staffing company with hands-on recruitment involvement.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
