Responsibilities
- Conduct technical interviews with pre-screened candidates to assess skills, qualifications, and experience.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to build job pipelines and identify effective screening methods.
- Participate in intake calls with clients to review job descriptions and understand key technical requirements.
- Lead technical conversations with clients when required.
- Develop interview questions and technical challenges to assess candidate expertise.
- Research and develop appropriate assessments for specific technical roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related technical field from a reputable university.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical recruitment position.
- 2+ years of experience as a software developer with solid knowledge in backend, frontend, database, and cloud technologies.
- Thorough understanding of software development, technical roles, and technical skills.
- Strong understanding of technical interviewing methods and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience using candidate tracking systems, preferably TeamTailor or Greenhouse.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of remote work experience in a multinational company.
- 2+ years of experience in an outsourcing or out-staffing company with hands-on recruitment involvement.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
