Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to scope strategic initiatives and author technical requirements, including PRDs and user stories
• Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical projects by managing milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Facilitate regular communication and status updates across technical and non-technical teams
• Evaluate core systems to identify opportunities for scaling technical workflows and improving productivity

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience managing technical programs, complex software projects, or enterprise systems implementations
• Proven track record of translating business requests into technical documentation like system process maps and PRDs
• Proficiency in project management and issue-tracking platforms such as JIRA
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize high-impact initiatives in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills using system telemetry and application usage data
• Experience creating low-fidelity UX wireframes or interface mockups
