Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of technical programs from concept to deployment
• Collaborate with engineering, product, security, compliance, and operations teams to define project scope and dependencies
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency tracking
• Manage project risks by identifying technical and operational risks and developing mitigation strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project status and report progress to senior leadership
• Drive cross-functional execution and help engineering teams remove delivery blockers
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering project delivery processes using agile methodologies
• Track and manage project budgets and resources

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience managing complex SaaS or infrastructure engineering programs
• Experience in DevOps, Security, and Cloud-focused environments
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, ISO 27001, or NIST 800-53
• Working knowledge of Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Asana
• PMP certification or currently in the process of obtaining it
