Technical Program Manager

Suki is a leading technology company that provides AI voice solutions for healthcare. Its mission is to reimagine the healthcare technology stack, making it invisible and assistive to lift the administrative burden from clinicians. Suki's flagship product, Suki Assistant, uses generative AI to automatically create clinical documentation by ambiently listening to patient-clinician conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful technical integration of Suki with major health system and health technology clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
• Establish and maintain internal and external-facing documentation for EMR integration requirements
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to resolve technical challenges and share EMR constraints
• Manage deployment project plans and report on progress using JIRA
• Act as the technical subject matter expert for EMR integrations and platform partners
• Test integrations and green-light each stage of the deployment process
• Travel as needed to deliver and validate integrations

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise customer facing experience within healthcare SaaS
• 5+ years of technical program or project management experience
• Technical understanding of SDKs, cloud services, EMR integration, and SaaS solutions
• Strong knowledge of APIs and healthcare data standards
• Strong clinical background with understanding of medical documentation and clinical workflows
• Proficiency in Google Suite and JIRA
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-moving organizations with lightweight processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and healthcare providers
