Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria
• Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams and assign tasks
• Manage project changes to scope, schedule, and resources using change control processes
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, sponsor requirements, and open-source release processes
• Identify project dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Document project outcomes, successes, and challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer
• PMP Certification (or equivalent)
• 4+ years in product and program management
• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster)
• Six Sigma certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts
