Technical Quality Assurance Senior

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control tests and analyses to ensure software meets specified standards and user requirements
• Perform manual QA testing and utilize software automation applications
• Draft, revise, and approve test plans and scripts aligned with IT strategy
• Create test data files with valid and invalid records to verify system flow
• Collaborate with users to plan user acceptance, alpha, and beta testing
• Develop and approve quality assurance policies, standards, and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant discipline
• 4-6 years of experience in a related field
• Proficiency in manual QA testing and software automation processes
• Experience drafting and approving test plans and scripts
• Ability to create complex test data files for program logic verification
• Experience with user acceptance, alpha, and beta testing coordination
