Responsibilities

• Own the technical success and ongoing optimization of a portfolio of customers
• Analyze customer data to uncover trends and deliver actionable recommendations
• Translate technical findings into clear business insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• Configure and optimize customer environments, including managing configuration updates and integration changes
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues, coordinating with Product and Engineering
• Develop best practices, documentation, and repeatable processes to improve customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Consulting, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, or Technical Account Management
• Strong data literacy with the ability to analyze complex datasets and uncover trends
• Experience working with SaaS products and enterprise customers
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts in a business-friendly way
• Strong project management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with analytics or BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
• Proficiency with CSV data, APIs, integrations, and software configuration
• Familiarity with SQL
• Experience using modern AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT
• Experience working with finance, accounting, or ERP systems
