Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Talent to align on sourcing strategy and market insights
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to build strategies for engineering, product, sales, and marketing roles
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X/Twitter, and niche communities
• Build and maintain diverse pipelines of qualified candidates
• Craft personalized outreach to drive high response rates
• Screen candidates for competency and values alignment
• Manage candidate pipelines and data hygiene within the Ashby ATS
• Experiment with new sourcing tools and techniques to improve pipeline quality

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting
• Experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment
• Proven track record sourcing technical talent (engineering, product, and design)
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and Boolean search
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an early-stage or Series A-C startup
• AI curiosity and experience leveraging AI for hiring efficiencies
• Familiarity with modern tools like Gem or Juicebox
• Experience building strategies for niche or hard-to-fill technical roles
• Experience partnering with founders or senior leadership
