Job description
Responsibilities
- Monitor helpdesk software and respond to support requests
- Administer Active Directory accounts
- Troubleshoot hardware and software including Microsoft Office, Windows Operating Systems, and other in-house and 3rd party software
- Administer Cisco Call Manager and Unity voicemail
- Adhere to corporate asset management procedures
- Support installation and configuration of employee workstations
- Manage printer maintenance and support
Requirements
- One or more years of experience in an IT profession
- Excellent customer service skills on phone and in person
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to think and come up with solutions quickly
- Knowledge of Networks is preferable
Preferred Qualifications
- Four Year College Degree
- A+ Certification
