Responsibilities

  • Deliver against revenue quota and establish sustainable streams
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Develop regional growth strategy
  • Represent company at conferences and events
  • Partner with global teams across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
  • Identify and engage target accounts through diverse channels
  • Develop and refine outbound sales process
  • Manage pipeline using Salesforce

Requirements

  • End-to-end sales management
  • 8+ years in closing sales role
  • Hospitality software experience
  • Track record of launching new markets
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Autonomous work in fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of local business culture
