Responsibilities

• Design 2–3 high-performing, A/B tested thumbnails every weekday for YouTube and social media channels
• Write engaging, SEO-optimised titles and descriptions to maximise audience engagement
• Collaborate with media and content teams to translate scripts and videos into compelling visual content
• Analyse performance metrics and iterate designs based on data and audience insights
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
• Source, edit, and enhance images using professional editing and AI tools
• Manage the publishing workflow to ensure content is published on schedule

Requirements

• Exceptional eye for design with experience in high-performing digital content
• Excellent copywriting skills and English proficiency
• Experience designing and A/B testing YouTube thumbnails for videos with 100k+ views
• Strong understanding of performance analytics and continuous optimisation
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
