Trading Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support to enterprise-level clients via phone, email, and chat
• Investigate and resolve issues related to account management, order entry, execution, FIX sessions, and OMS functionality
• Monitor client accounts and trading activity for anomalies and provide timely alerts
• Monitor corporate actions including dividends, stock splits, and mergers
• Collaborate with trading desks, IT, and compliance teams to resolve client issues
• Ensure all trading activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Collect client feedback to help refine services and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in brokerage operations or trading
• Experience with trading platforms, equities trading, and FIX protocol
• FINRA Series 7 or 63 (or local equivalent), or willingness to obtain within 6 months
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in a language other than English (French, German, or Arabic preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with options trading
• Proven background in relationship management and trading services
