Trading System Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain an institutional-grade cryptoasset exchange trading system
• Develop core modules including order book management, quote engines, risk control, hedging, and inventory management
• Implement high-performance, low-latency trading logic and connectivity with mainstream centralized exchanges
• Optimize system latency, throughput, and stability to achieve sub-second execution capabilities
• Participate in the development of trading monitoring systems and collaborate with strategy teams
• Manage system architecture design, disaster recovery planning, and rapid resolution of production issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) with experience building high-concurrency, high-performance systems
• Strong understanding of trading business logic (order books, price spreads, hedging, and derivatives)
• Familiarity with REST and WebSocket APIs for exchange connectivity
• Knowledge of low-level performance optimization, including network programming and memory management
• Experience maintaining 24/7 production systems and responding to live incidents
• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cryptocurrency or electronic trading systems
• Familiarity with Java or Python
• Experience developing or contributing to production-grade market-making systems
• Prior experience at top-tier exchanges, market makers, or quantitative trading firms
• Proficiency in Chinese
