Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email and phone to generate qualified leads in the UAE (Dubai) market and beyond.
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and set meetings for senior sales team.
- Deliver initial discovery and qualification calls, explain core product offerings (EOR Cloud, Corporate Services Cloud, Business-Ready Salesforce, Industry Cloud Apps).
- Support demos, proposals and customer follow-ups using Salesforce CRM and company playbooks.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in Salesforce; learn workflows for payroll, compliance and corporate services.
- Collaborate with account executives to progress opportunities and achieve team targets.

Preferred Qualifications
