Training and Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's enablement strategy aligned with business objectives
• Build scalable onboarding and continuing education programs and competency-based learning paths
• Partner with commercial leaders on field coaching, development, and skill gap assessment
• Serve as a central point of coordination between commercial, clinical, product, marketing, and operational teams
• Build repeatable playbooks for key business processes and drive organizational readiness for product launches
• Serve as a key business owner for commercial technology platforms and drive process optimization
• Lead organizational change initiatives associated with new processes, systems, and business strategies
• Create dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure effectiveness and adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in commercial training, sales enablement, clinical education, or commercial operations
• Experience in medical device, healthcare technology, or life sciences
• Experience developing adult learning programs
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with commercial organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project management experience
• Ability to travel 50% of the time, including overnight stays

Preferred Qualifications

• Clinical background (RN, PT, OT, or similar)
• LMS administration experience
• Instructional design experience
