Training Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of a structured onboarding program for every new hire
• Build and distribute onboarding itineraries and facilitate performance recaps with managers
• Design and execute role-specific onboarding plans and deliver refresher training
• Translate process and workflow changes into clear, actionable guidance for staff
• Build and maintain training resources including job aids, process documentation, and instructional videos
• Support the design and execution of training programs for BPO partners
• Conduct quality and adherence audits on BPO work to improve training materials and processes

Requirements

• 3+ years experience designing or running structured onboarding or training programs
• Experience in fast-paced operations, BPO, or healthcare SaaS environments
• Familiarity with payor enrollment related applications and processes
• Proven experience building and maintaining training materials and documentation
• Expertise in GSuite tools including GSheets, GDocs, and GMail
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
