Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Travel Agent or in a related consultancy role
• Proven expertise in customer service, travel planning, and sales negotiation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong reading comprehension for evaluating complex itineraries
• Familiarity with current travel industry trends and global destinations
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
