Travel Supply Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate company priorities into an actionable regional supply plan
• Map the supply network, identify gaps, and define needs for commercial impact
• Partner with internal teams to optimize digital supply chains and improve efficiency
• Source and contract new suppliers to diversify travel product categories
• Negotiate market-leading rates, override structures, and contract terms
• Anticipate market shifts and supplier dependencies to build viable option spaces
• Drive growth across revenue, conversion, margin, and digitization KPIs

Requirements

• Mid/Senior level experience in travel supply (DMC, bedbanks, OTAs, or tour operators)
• Deep procurement and contracting knowledge in package holiday travel
• Proven track record in negotiating rates and commercial overrides
• Strong understanding of travel product categories and rate structures
• Solid grasp of digital supply and API connectivity
• Ability to model upside/downside scenarios
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
• Strong network of industry contacts
