Job description
Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for daily Treasury Services processes
- Complete monthly reconciliations of client accounts using Great Plains
- Process new business banking setups and manage existing banking changes
- Handle vendor maintenance for print fulfillment and VCC/EFT implementation
- Manage check tracer processes and Positive Pay submissions
- Create, implement, and document new operational processes
- Lead training for new hires and existing team members
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Treasury Analyst
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Experience with financial management systems such as Great Plains or similar
- Strong technical skills with MS Excel, Access, and Power BI
- Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
