Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for daily Treasury Services processes
  • Complete monthly reconciliations of client accounts using Great Plains
  • Process new business banking setups and manage existing banking changes
  • Handle vendor maintenance for print fulfillment and VCC/EFT implementation
  • Manage check tracer processes and Positive Pay submissions
  • Create, implement, and document new operational processes
  • Lead training for new hires and existing team members

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Treasury Analyst
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Experience with financial management systems such as Great Plains or similar
  • Strong technical skills with MS Excel, Access, and Power BI
  • Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
