Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for our content moderation BPO partner, managing syncs, training, and SLA tracking.
- Streamline end-to-end review workflows for DMCA, in-app content reports, and other safety escalations.
- Translate Legal and Product requirements into actionable BPO training, queue routing, and reviewer guidance.
- Define and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to track operational health and key performance metrics.
- Run quality calibration sessions and audit samples to minimize false positives and negatives.
- Support manual data review programs to help calibrate automated detection and ML systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional incident responses for high-urgency content issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, BPO management, or customer-facing functions.
- Proven experience working at a UGC or consumer platform.
- Familiarity with copyright, IP, or music-industry workflows, including DMCA or regulatory takedown procedures.
- Strong written communication skills and an operator mindset comfortable with ambiguity.
- Proficiency with dashboards and basic data work (pulling numbers, building charts, and interpreting data).
- Experience holding external partners accountable to performance commitments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in user support, content moderation, or customer operations.
- Exposure to content provenance, watermarking, fingerprinting, or rights-management systems (e.g., C2PA, Audible Magic, YouTube Content ID).
- Experience working at a generative AI, music, or creator-focused platform company.
