Underwriting Account Senior Representative

Responsibilities

• Support renewals for Individual and SME business for Middle East and Africa markets
• Work on Individual policy set up
• Manage the individual underwriting team mailbox
• Prepare Table of Benefits for renewals and new business inceptions for corporate
• Perform legal checks on new quote census
• Generate and format reports from systems
• Liaise with sales teams to manage expectations on quote turnaround times
• Participate in problem-solving activities to identify root causes and suggest process improvements
• Adhere to internal guidelines and procedures to ensure timely and compliant processing
• Support underwriters with additional tasks as needed
