Underwriting Analyst Senior

Responsibilities

• Mine and analyze large datasets using descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
• Develop insights from historical loan performance data to identify new customer populations
• Develop and refine reports in collaboration with data analytics, underwriting, and operations teams
• Leverage custom score models for underwriting, pricing, and profitability
• Forecast performance and track actual results against lending targets
• Collaborate with vendors, data science, and technology teams to implement strategies and models
• Create and maintain Procedure and Program documentation
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support team goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAS, and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python, Snowflake, Amazon S3, and SageMaker
