UX/UI Digital Product Designer

About the Company

Jupe is working towards a long-term vision to shelter as many humans as possible. We are building a magical user experience to match our go-to-market hospitality experience, scaling from digital experiences to physical housing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Jupe's entire digital UI/UX ecosystem
• Design, produce, and manage all digital content across web, mobile, and social
• Collaborate with Head of Product and lead Software Engineers on feature development and product strategy
• Transform wireframes into intuitive user interfaces
• Work with Webflow to manifest fresh and clean experiences
• Conduct customer research studies and feedback sessions
• Test new designs and beta products with real users for iterative development
• Ensure consistency in designs and content across all Jupe platforms
• Own all digital assets and style guidelines
• Coordinate with contracted creative professionals such as photographers and CGI artists

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with demonstrated team leadership
• 2 years of experience helping early-stage startups grow and acquire customers
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Invision, Sketch, or Adobe Creative
• Experience developing iconography, illustrations, and design systems from scratch
• Experience with Webflow
• Ability to distill complexity into simple, executable solutions
