Value Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to shape and communicate value narratives for key opportunities pre and post sale
• Design and support practical measurement approaches including control vs. treatment groups and hold-out tests
• Translate raw data into actionable insights and business storytelling for senior leadership
• Develop and maintain reusable value tools, playbooks, and ROI calculators
• Provide subject-matter expertise on B2C business operations and financial drivers to influence product roadmaps

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive experience in customer-facing B2C organizations
• Experience working across digital channel ecosystems (web, app, email, SMS, push, IVR)
• Hands-on experience combining data from multiple sources to estimate incremental impact
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and at least one analytic language (SQL, Python, or R)
• Ability to travel domestic and international up to 20%
