Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard third-party vendors and contractors
• Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Establish and track KPIs to measure vendor performance and quality
• Ensure vendor compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and data security standards
• Collaborate with workforce management and call operations to translate forecasts into actionable staffing plans
• Monitor and report on resource utilization rates to identify bottlenecks
• Partner with HR to identify skill gaps and advise on the mix of full-time vs. contractor staffing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, resource management, or workforce planning
• Experience in a Patient Access Hub or similar environment preferred
• Proven track record of managing high-value contracts
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Workday, SAP, or Asana
• Strong analytical skills for capacity modeling and financial data analysis

• Experience optimizing resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
