Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own a specific industry vertical and transform it into a contract-generating machine
  • Build prospect lists, write sales scripts, and handle objections to move leads toward a "yes"
  • Execute high-volume outbound calling to position ScaleSource as a premier hiring solution
  • Manage the full sales pipeline within the CRM, from lead source to signed contract
  • Build and improve funnel automations to streamline lead generation and tracking
  • Meet 90-day targets including closing 6 new contracts and establishing core vertical funnels

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • High-volume outbound calling experience
  • Experience managing measurable sales funnels with at least 4 tracked stages
  • Experience with funnel automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, Make, Airtable, or similar
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Ability to overlap with US Central Time business hours
  • Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate research, preparation, and follow-up

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to US-based business owners or key decision-makers
  • Experience managing weekly KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting tied to revenue
