Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own a specific industry vertical and run it like an independent business unit
  • Generate and close personal contracts while simultaneously building scalable sales systems
  • Define target audiences and develop comprehensive outreach strategies
  • Build the prospect pipeline, CRM processes, scripts, and reporting from scratch
  • Utilize AI and automation to increase vertical speed and consistency
  • Lead and scale a "pod" of team members, owning the collective performance and numbers
  • Run weekly scorecards and report on performance metrics and optimizations

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience, including hands-on outbound and inbound methods
  • Experience managing or coaching a sales team with direct accountability for results
  • Experience selling to US-based business owners or decision-makers
  • Ability to build sales systems, playbooks, and processes without existing templates
  • Proficiency with AI tools to improve research, speed, and team output
  • Strong data instincts and the ability to identify patterns and adjust strategies
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Availability for 4-6 hours of overlap with US Central Time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, BPO, or remote talent sales
  • Experience selling to SMBs, franchise brands, or multi-location operators
  • Background in funnel building, lead magnets, or digital marketing
  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
  • Experience creating sales content, such as videos, webinars, or case studies
