Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality long-form videos including YouTube content, webinars, interviews, and podcasts
• Create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Utilize AI tools to speed up editing workflows, such as auto-captioning and enhancement
• Enhance videos with motion graphics, sound design, color correction, and visual effects
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets
• Maintain brand consistency across all video outputs and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a video editor
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
• Experience with AI-powered editing tools like Descript, Runway, or CapCut
• Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement
• Familiarity with social media content formats and best practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Motion graphics and animation skills
• Experience editing for DTC brands, creators, or e-commerce
• Basic knowledge of sound design and color grading
• Familiarity with analytics and performance-driven content
