Responsibilities
- Interpret through web-based VRI system
- Answering inbound calls in a timely manner
- Assist clients with basic troubleshooting
- Provide superior customer service
Requirements
- Compliance with national, state, or local licensing and/or certification requirements
- Adherence to Code of Professional Conduct
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the target language
- Professional and positive phone manner
- Minimum PC requirements: Windows 8.1 or higher, AMD A8 or Intel Core i5 or faster, 4GB RAM
- High speed internet (5 Mbps Download / 5 Mbps Upload)
- Specific backdrop and lighting setup requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity working in a Windows environment
- Experience with VRI systems
- PC troubleshooting skills
- Previous interpreting experience
