🇫🇷 Videographer Dubaï - French fluent

Responsibilities

• Run seamless and engaging live streaming events, ensuring all aspects (sound, video, streaming software, breakout rooms, etc.) are well-managed.
• Prepare and maintain live streaming setups including cameras, sound, lighting, and studio equipment.
• Provide technical support for trainers and students during live events.
• Copy, upload, and organize video content after events; ensure media safety and archiving for multi-camera shoots.
• Deliver timely replays to students and document processes to continuously improve workflows.
• Edit online training product videos, upload them onto the LMS, and manage an organized video library backup.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and propose innovative studio solutions.

Requirements

• Experience as a Video Editor, Videographer, Audiovisual Technician and/or Live Streaming Technician (internships and school projects accepted).
• Proficiency with video editing (preferably Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Media Encoder).
• Native or bilingual French, and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Available for live events during evenings and weekends (approx. 2 weekends/month + 1 or 2 evenings/month).
• Living in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Strong passion for audiovisual work, self-development/coaching, and studio technology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

• Team player eager to collaborate and support continuous growth.
• Willingness to learn, give and receive feedback, and work in an ambitious team.
• Experience with innovative video or EdTech projects is a plus.
