Job description

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads and build a pipeline of new business opportunities, including fund launches and competitor take-away business.
  • Lead and coordinate the response process for due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, and RFIs.
  • Sell fund administration and middle office services to assigned categories.
  • Maintain accurate sales opportunity data and contact information within the CRM system.
  • Ensure successful implementation and transition of new business to ongoing servicing teams.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and seminars.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, plans, and thought leadership.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospects during the initial stages of the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or fund administration.
  • Proven experience working within the private equity, credit, or hedge fund space.
  • Experience engaging and navigating complex organizations.
  • Management or leadership experience.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and asset management.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An established network of fund managers, sponsors, trustees, and law firms.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with C-Level executives.
