Job description
Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads and build a pipeline of new business opportunities, including fund launches and competitor take-away business.
- Lead and coordinate the response process for due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Sell fund administration and middle office services to assigned categories.
- Maintain accurate sales opportunity data and contact information within the CRM system.
- Ensure successful implementation and transition of new business to ongoing servicing teams.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and seminars.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, plans, and thought leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospects during the initial stages of the sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or fund administration.
- Proven experience working within the private equity, credit, or hedge fund space.
- Experience engaging and navigating complex organizations.
- Management or leadership experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and asset management.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- An established network of fund managers, sponsors, trustees, and law firms.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with C-Level executives.
