VP, Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company's enterprise financial strategy
• Own the company's long-range financial model, including scenario planning
• Establish and lead the enterprise performance management framework, including KPIs and reporting
• Provide insight into business performance, identifying risks and opportunities across markets and contracts
• Serve as a thought partner to the CFO on growth initiatives, market expansion, and partnerships
• Lead financial evaluation of new business opportunities, including M&A and strategic investments
• Support capital planning efforts, including investor materials and Board reporting
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team across FP&A and field finance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
• Significant exposure to FP&A and strategic finance
• Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a high-growth, complex environment
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, long-range planning, and scenario analysis
• Experience supporting capital strategy, investor engagement, or M&A
• Experience supporting executive-level and Board-level decision-making
• Strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills
• Track record of building and leading high-performing teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or value-based care
• Experience in value-based care, risk-based contracting, or alternative payment models
