VP, Marketplace ICHRA General Manager

Responsibilities

• Own business strategy and go-to-market execution for the ICHRA business line
• Expand distribution channels by managing relationships with TPAs, agents, and employers
• Align product development with market demand by collaborating with Product and Engineering
• Lead commercial enablement including B2B marketing and broker training
• Manage financial and operational performance metrics and report to executive leadership
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of specialists
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• 15+ years of corporate experience with leadership of high-growth business units
• 5+ years of experience in health insurance, InsurTech, or employee benefits
• Deep operational understanding of ICHRA regulations and defined-contribution health strategies
• Proven track record of scaling complex business lines or digital platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) platforms or ICHRA administration vendors
• Familiarity with enterprise healthcare technology architecture and digital marketplaces
• Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines and ACA compliance
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
