VP of Product Management/Chief Product Officer

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year product vision and prioritized roadmap for the Autheo Layer-0 OS + Layer-1 stack
• Lead product strategy for DevHub, TheoID, post-quantum security features, and THEO AI capabilities
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions and user experiences
• Drive 0-to-1 product development and scale existing products to high network utilization
• Establish and lead a high-performing product organization within a distributed equity-cofounder model
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Research, and Security to balance innovation and technical feasibility
• Own go-to-market readiness, including positioning, messaging, and documentation
• Define and track product KPIs such as adoption, retention, and developer activity

Requirements

• 10–20+ years of product management and product leadership experience
• Proven track record scaling products from 0-to-1 to significant revenue or large-scale usage
• Experience in technical product management for complex platforms (blockchain, infrastructure, or AI preferred)
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in high-growth or startup environments
• Ability to work effectively with engineering leaders on architecture-heavy products
• Excellent communication skills for explaining sophisticated technical concepts
• Comfort operating in a high-autonomy, equity-cofounder, globally distributed team culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Layer-0/Layer-1 blockchain platforms or decentralized identity
• Background in go-to-market strategy for technical or infrastructure products
• Experience building product organizations in Web3 or enterprise software
• Familiarity with privacy-by-default design or modular blockchain architectures
