VP/Director, Growth & Emerging Revenue

Runway is building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science. We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence, providing a path to general-purpose simulation that changes how stories are told and how scientific progress is made.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the Growth segment, managing 6-8+ pods at scale including AEs and Engagement Managers
• Own new ACV and NRR for Growth, plus company-wide sourced-pipeline targets through the BD team
• Design the demand funnel, including inbound routing, outbound plays, and inside-sales lanes
• Hire and develop a Growth Revenue Manager bench to prepare them for future segment leadership
• Instrument sales metrics including conversion by stage, ASP progression, and speed to first meeting

Requirements

• 10+ years in SaaS sales
• 4+ years leading enterprise, mid-market, or velocity sales teams, including BD or SDR functions
• Proven experience building greenfield high-velocity motions (coverage models, cadence design, comp mechanics)
• Track record of growing Average Selling Price (ASP)
• Experience with consumption-based or PLG revenue models
• Daily working fluency with AI tools for prospecting and research (e.g., Clay, Gong, Claude)
• Strong quota history as both an individual contributor and a leader

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling an inside-sales closing lane for high-volume small deals
• Experience selling to creative, marketing, or media buyers
• Experience designing SDR-to-AE promotion paths
