Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive financial plans addressing short-term and long-term goals
• Analyze financial situations and recommend aligned investment strategies
• Design and manage customized investment portfolios based on risk tolerance
• Monitor and review portfolio performance to optimize returns
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HNW clients
• Conduct regular meetings to understand financial goals and preferences
• Cross-sell and up-sell financial products to deepen client relationships
• Ensure all interactions and plans adhere to regulatory and compliance standards
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and portfolios

Requirements

• MBA in Finance or Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant major
• ICWM / UAE Regulations qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or wealth management
• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
• At least 3 years of experience in investment product management
• Experience across various banking areas such as Retail or Wealth Management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-net-worth individual (HNWI) relationship management
