Workfront Solution Architect/Strategic Process Consultant

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical Workfront configurations
• Design foundational Workfront structures including portfolios, custom forms, and metadata
• Audit and redesign request queues and custom forms for standardized intake
• Build and deploy reusable project templates with accurate task dependencies
• Establish task-ownership frameworks and RACI matrices
• Design and maintain custom scenario integrations using Workfront Fusion and Jira
• Implement AI/LLM opportunities via Claude to automate workflows
• Author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and system governance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing Operations, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience as a Workfront Solution Architect or Process Consultant
• 3+ years of experience building automated scenarios in Workfront Fusion
• Proven experience integrating Workfront with Jira via APIs or Fusion
• Experience applying AI solutions like Claude to business workflows
• Strong understanding of marketing operations and campaign lifecycles

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Workfront Core Certified Professional or Master status
• Adobe Workfront Fusion Certification
• Experience developing training materials and workflow governance documents
