3D Design Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Train enterprise and academic users on CLO software
• Demo CLO software to executive teams and end users
• Support client accounts, collaborating with global CLO Design Teams (NY and globally)
• Participate in client projects both on and offsite
• Assist clients with 3D adoption strategy and implementation
• Conduct in-depth research on UAE fashion industry trends
• Explore and diagnose new market opportunities for CLO software
• Lead local events and manage software training programs
• Provide technical support, interpretation, and translation for users

Requirements

• BA in fashion/apparel or relevant work experience with pattern making
• Experience as a designer or technical designer in fashion industry/pattern company
• Highly skilled in CLO software
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly adapt to new software
• Fluent in Arabic and with a good command of English
• Excellent communication skills; ability to engage with a variety of people
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for learning
• Must be a citizen of UAE and based in Dubai or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional languages are a plus
• Applications with a CLO portfolio/experience are highly preferred
