Job description

Responsibilities

  • Scout and evaluate emerging artists via Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, and social channels.
  • Conduct impactful outreach, tailor pitches, and close deals with artists, labels, and managers.
  • Serve as primary point of contact, guiding artists through PR campaigns with care and clarity.
  • Build long-term relationships through transparency, results, and nurturing repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of artist goals and flawless campaign execution.
  • Manage leads and sales pipeline using CRM, maintaining up-to-date notes and records.
  • Monitor industry trends across press, radio, playlists, and TikTok to provide actionable advice for artists.

Requirements

  • Genuine passion for music and the creative industry.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in lead generation/prospecting.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude towards rejection.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to set and follow daily routines independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in the music industry is a plus but not required.
