AA Compliance Lead - MEA

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the compliance and governance program across the MEA region.
• Provide compliance guidance, advice, and support to Affiliate and Regional Leadership Teams.
• Create and establish country-specific policies, procedures, and standards to mitigate risk.
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments of third-party activities and monitor due diligence.
• Develop and deliver engaging compliance training for internal employees and business partners.
• Manage compliance deviations and support ad hoc investigations into potential issues.
• Lead and develop the compliance team, focusing on performance and talent management.

Requirements

• University degree in science, business, or law.
• 7-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry.
• Direct experience in a healthcare compliance role.
• Experience establishing and managing compliance programs for ABAC (Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption) risk.
• Fluency in English (written and oral).
• Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in other languages spoken within the MEA region.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
