Account Director, Design & Technology

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with creators in the Design & Technology community
• Track creator interactions using CRM to ensure adherence to SLAs
• Own relationships with top-tier creators to ensure retention and successful launches
• Develop category-specific educational resources and industry best practices
• Serve as a brand representative for press appearances and industry events
• Establish partnerships with institutions to build a referral pipeline
• Contribute to category strategy to meet revenue, retention, and growth targets
• Gather market intelligence on industry trends and competing platforms
• Recruit beta participants for new product features and surface creator feedback to internal teams
• Collaborate with marketing to showcase creator success stories

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Design & Technology
• Established network of connections within the Design & Technology community
• Demonstrated ability to execute strategic plans with data-driven results
• Exceptional communication and public speaking skills
• Ability to assess project quality, innovation, and creativity independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a creator or entrepreneur
• Previous experience as a Kickstarter creator
• Professional connections in emerging domains for the platform
