Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders across ministries, central banks, regulators, and law enforcement agencies in the Middle East
  • Spearhead the integration of blockchain intelligence solutions into customer workflows, ensuring TRM becomes an indispensable partner
  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including renewals, expansions, and upsells
  • Create and execute a strategic territory plan that delivers on revenue, growth, and retention goals
  • Act as the customer advocate within TRM, gathering feedback to influence product strategy and roadmap
  • Build a portfolio of highly satisfied customers who champion TRM within their networks and regional forums

Requirements

  • 8+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience
  • Proven track record in public sector or government sales in the Middle East
  • Deep understanding of government workflows and public procurement processes
  • Consultative selling experience engaging senior government and policy stakeholders
  • Familiarity with AML, CTF, and sanctions frameworks
  • Strong storytelling and influence skills with diverse audiences
  • Self-directed, autonomous, and accountable with end-to-end ownership mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with blockchain, virtual currencies, or financial intelligence tools
  • Technical aptitude to articulate complex value propositions clearly
  • "Farmer" mindset energized by long-term partnership development
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities in fast-changing environments
