Responsibilities
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders across ministries, central banks, regulators, and law enforcement agencies in the Middle East
- Spearhead the integration of blockchain intelligence solutions into customer workflows, ensuring TRM becomes an indispensable partner
- Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including renewals, expansions, and upsells
- Create and execute a strategic territory plan that delivers on revenue, growth, and retention goals
- Act as the customer advocate within TRM, gathering feedback to influence product strategy and roadmap
- Build a portfolio of highly satisfied customers who champion TRM within their networks and regional forums
Requirements
- 8+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience
- Proven track record in public sector or government sales in the Middle East
- Deep understanding of government workflows and public procurement processes
- Consultative selling experience engaging senior government and policy stakeholders
- Familiarity with AML, CTF, and sanctions frameworks
- Strong storytelling and influence skills with diverse audiences
- Self-directed, autonomous, and accountable with end-to-end ownership mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with blockchain, virtual currencies, or financial intelligence tools
- Technical aptitude to articulate complex value propositions clearly
- "Farmer" mindset energized by long-term partnership development
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities in fast-changing environments
