Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize outbound engine across email, LinkedIn, and automated workflows
  • Architect and manage GTM systems (Apollo, PhantomBuster, CRM), dashboards and reporting
  • Develop ICPs, sequences, messaging, and outreach experiments to convert prospects
  • Drive consistent pipeline generation and refine with data-driven insight
  • Lead discovery, consultative selling, scoping, and closing for starter projects (5–10k)
  • Expand early wins into long-term partnerships and 50–200k+ engagements
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and leadership to shape pitch narratives
  • Hire and onboard SDR(s) when repeatability is proven
  • Own revenue outcomes end-to-end; iterate quickly and stay scrappy
