Job description
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize outbound engine across email, LinkedIn, and automated workflows
- Architect and manage GTM systems (Apollo, PhantomBuster, CRM), dashboards and reporting
- Develop ICPs, sequences, messaging, and outreach experiments to convert prospects
- Drive consistent pipeline generation and refine with data-driven insight
- Lead discovery, consultative selling, scoping, and closing for starter projects (5–10k)
- Expand early wins into long-term partnerships and 50–200k+ engagements
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and leadership to shape pitch narratives
- Hire and onboard SDR(s) when repeatability is proven
- Own revenue outcomes end-to-end; iterate quickly and stay scrappy
